Call for paper

​

The organizing committee welcomes scientific contributions dealing with the conference topics. The participants who will give oral and poster presentations are asked to submit an abstract via e-mail (2025pgks@gmail.com) as an attached file with the file name of “your full name.pdf”. Please download abstract template form shown in below (https://pgks2025.wixsite.com/pgks2025).

Registration​

​

​Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration by following the instructions provided by the secretaries of Japan and Korea, respectively.​​​​​​​​​​

​

​Registration Fee 

  • Symposium:  100,000 KRW (General) / 50,000 KRW (Student)

                               10,000 JPY (General) / 5,000 JPY (Student)

  • ​Banquet:  30,000 KRW (General) / Free (0 KRW) (Student)

                         3,000 JPY (General) / Free (0 JPY) (Student)

 

  • Registration fee includes,

       - Invitation to the welcome reception on November 27, 2025

       - Access to all scientific sessions

       - Abstract book and symposium documents

       - Lunch and coffee/tea breaks during the symposium (November 28, 2025)

 

Payment of Registration Fee

  • Korean Participants:

       Please complete the payment of the registration fee in advance through the Korean Fiber Society (KFS) website.

       Detailed instructions and bank account information for the transfer will be provided on the KFS website.

  • Japanese Participants:

       Please pay the registration fee in cash at the registration desk on the day of the symposium.​

Poster Presentation

​​

Participants who will present a poster are kindly requested to prepare their posters according to the following guidelines:

​

  • Poster Size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.

  • A poster preview file (in PPT format) should be submitted along with the abstract via email to 2025pgks@gmail.com  by October 20, 2025.

  • To ensure smooth presentations, the preview file should consist of no more than 1–2 slides summarizing the main content of the poster. 

  • The poster preview session will be divided into two separate rooms, and each presenter will be given up to 2 minutes to briefly introduce their poster using the submitted preview slide.

 

Further details, including the specific schedule and assigned rooms for the poster preview session, will be announced in due course. ​​​
